Senator Taylor requested that the reconsideration on SPONSOR                   
SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 126 be taken up at this                          
time.

SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 126 "An Act                              
establishing the current prevailing rate of wages issued at least 10           
days before the final submission of bids as the prevailing wage rate           
for public construction projects and requiring periodic adjustment of          
the wage rate" was before the Senate in third reading on                       
reconsideration.                                                               
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that SPONSOR                  
SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 126 be placed on the Senate                      
Secretary's desk in the Pending File.  Without objection, it was so            
ordered.
